Description
The only reason for the obligation to keep a beard is that keeping a beard is the Sunnah of our great leader, Imam al-Anbiya, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ. He (peace be upon him) urged many times to cut the mustache and keep the beard clean. Today, the westernized class that gives lame reasons to shave or cut the beard is actually insulting one of the important slogans of the Islamic society. Fazil Madina University Maulana Sahib Ahmad Mir Mohammadi Sahib has given a very reasoned and convincing answer to the misleading words of such people in the light of Quran and Sunnah. He has emphasized in his characteristic painful tone and scholarly style that for the survival and stability of faith, adherence to and respect for the commandments of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ is the first immediate duty of every Muslim.
